Career Locksmith was founded by Terry Larkin, an educator and training leader with more than 25 years of experience interviewing candidates and reviewing thousands of résumés. His background also includes observing interviews firsthand and coaching hiring managers to recognize meaningful green flags, potential red flags, and evidence of genuine role fit.
