The program rewards direct introductions to Career Locksmith. It does not pay anyone to find jobs, influence employers, build a sales team, or recruit other referrers.

After using a paid Career Locksmith service, tell us when you accept a new role or promotion that the service helped you pursue.

Receive five private codes
Once the qualifying outcome is confirmed, Career Locksmith issues your first five one-time referral codes.

Give a code to a colleague, friend, or family member. They contact Career Locksmith and choose whether to purchase an eligible package.

The new client’s target base salary—not the referrer’s salary—determines the discount. The $250 cap protects the program’s ability to remain generous and sustainable.

Enhanced $350K+ recognition
Premium item eligibility plus a $100 Professional Courtesy Award
When a referred new client purchases an eligible Guide + 3, Guide + 6, or Guide + 9 package for a target role with base salary of $350,000 or more, that completed referral earns its normal milestone credit and a fixed $100 award.
The referrer may choose an available $100 gift card or a check. The award is never calculated as a percentage of the client’s salary, package price, or employment compensation.

Codes do not run out simply because someone receives one. A code is consumed when an eligible new client completes the qualifying purchase.
After all five codes in an active set qualify, Career Locksmith may issue a new set of five. The same rule can be used again, with only one active set at a time.
Foundation résumé work and other flat-rate or standalone services do not consume a code, earn a milestone, or help unlock a new set.
Professional transparency
Tell people you may receive a thank-you
A gift, discount, gift card, or check can create a material connection. Whenever you recommend Career Locksmith publicly—or to someone who may not understand the program—make the connection clear with the recommendation itself.

Program rules
The fine print—kept readable
New clients only
Codes cannot be used by the issuing client, applied to a past purchase, or used after a purchase has already begun.
One code per purchase
Codes cannot be stacked with another referral code, promotion, negotiated discount, or credit unless Career Locksmith approves it in writing.
Twelve-month expiration
Each code expires 12 months after issuance unless the code states a later date. An expired or replaced code has no cash value.
No sale or self-referral
Codes may be shared with colleagues, friends, and family, but cannot be sold, auctioned, traded for value, or used for a disguised self-purchase.
When rewards are earned
Milestone credit and any $100 award are earned after payment clears and the purchase remains free of a cancellation, reversal, dispute, or chargeback for 30 days.
Merchandise availability
Examples describe product categories, not guaranteed brands or inventory. Career Locksmith may substitute an item of reasonably comparable quality and value. No third-party brand affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Taxes and documentation
Cash and gift-card awards may be taxable. The recipient is responsible for personal tax obligations, and Career Locksmith may request a completed Form W-9 or issue required tax reporting.
United States program
The program currently applies to eligible U.S. clients and U.S. shipping addresses. Canadian or other participation requires separate written confirmation.
No downline or income opportunity
Rewards are tied only to the referrer’s direct, completed client referral. There are no teams, levels, commissions on someone else’s referrals, or payments merely for recruiting.
Prospective changes only
Career Locksmith may revise or end the program prospectively. A valid issued code remains governed by the written terms supplied with that code, subject to applicable law.
